5 things for a ‘Lightyear’ sequel

  1. Anti-Gravity Belt

In toy story 2 Buzz lightyear is met with a second newer action figure of himself, who has a blue anti-gravity belt. It would be very cool if buzz had to utilise one of these in the next film entry, just to tie into the new edition of his toy.

  2. Karate chop

He all know that Buzz lightyear of star command’s toy comes with karate chop action, shouldn’t we be seeing our action hero chop at least on robot.

  3. Spanish speaking Buzz

As a space ranger Buzz lightyear is a highly trained and educated individual, it wouldn’t seem too out of place then for him to be able to speak foreign languages. As a little nod to Toy story 3’s Spanish language buzz, I would love if he could just speak a little bit of the language naturally. Just to be silly. Maybe he could even use some of that Spanish styled charisma also.

  4. Little green men

The little green aliens from toy story are the original minions, I’m telling you, look in the background and they are frequently just being entertaining, doing something ridiculous. The aliens are perfect for lightyear to still feature as buzz has low tolerance for low abilities and they are extra-terrestrial also. Please bring back the aliens as a comedic foil for buzz, we promise not to pretend the minions can first.

  5. The real evil Emperor Zurg.

Zurg simply is not buzz lightyears older more deranged self. Zurg is supposedly Lightyear’s father, even if it for the sake of a Darth Vader parody. Considering that old buzz stumbled across the robots in the future it implies they existed before he even became a bad guy, maybe the real Zurg made them, and he wants them back. Just fix this twist because I don’t think many avid Toy Story fans will like it. Also Buzz is absolutely nowhere near Zurg in a sound range so the robots just not being able to pronounce his name doesn’t really make sense, is it an extra silly joke that went over my head or what?
